At Black Sheep, we stand by our gear, but if your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
